Who may use Oga Landlord

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may use Oga Landlord only for a lodge or tenancy operation that you own or are authorized to manage.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and keeping access to your email account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your Oga Landlord account has been accessed without permission.

The service

Oga Landlord helps managers record lodge, tenant, and tenancy information, calculate rent-expiry reminder dates, send reminder emails, and review delivery status. It does not collect rent, guarantee payment, replace your own records, or provide legal, financial, or accounting advice.

Tenant information and reminders

You are responsible for entering accurate tenancy and recipient information and for having a lawful reason to provide and use each tenant's personal information. You must give any notices and obtain any permissions required for your use of that information and for rent-expiry email reminders.

Reminders are a management aid, not a guaranteed notice service. Delivery can be delayed or prevented by incorrect details, internet or provider failures, spam filtering, or service interruptions. You remain responsible for monitoring tenancy dates and reminder status and for contacting tenants when needed.

Acceptable use

You must not use Oga Landlord unlawfully, access another manager's workspace without permission, submit false or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, or use it to send abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the information you enter. You give Oga Landlord permission to host, process, back up, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. The Oga Landlord software, brand, and original service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep Oga Landlord reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. Authentication, hosting, database, email, and Google Sign-In features depend on third-party services and may also be subject to those providers' terms. We may maintain, change, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Suspension, deletion, and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law, including for a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Oga Landlord at any time and can permanently delete your account from Account on the website or More in the Android app. The Privacy Policy and public account-deletion page explain deletion and retention.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oga Landlord is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you enter, your failure to monitor tenancy dates, unauthorized use resulting from credentials you did not protect, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
