This land is located along Olabisi Onabanjo Way at Kemta Idi-Aba in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Olabisi Onabanjo way also intercepts with MKO Abiola way. All these roads are all newly tarred under the administration of Governor Ibikunle Amosun. The C of O of the land is already available and it is fenced round and currently being occupied by mechanics to dissuade encroachments. A suitable spot for a bank, hotel, church or school.

This area falls under the Oba Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Ogun State. This is an already populated area with little or no available lands for sale.
