Life is all about perspectives. Your perspective is how you interpret reality. Reality is what is happening before your eyes. Your perspective is your explanation, interpretation or definition of what you see happening. Majority of the time, our success or failure in life is dependent on our perspective.
An opportunity can present itself to you and you can miss it because of your perspective (your interpretation of that opportunity). For instance, when I bought my first landed property at Ota, in Ogun state.
A few of my friends whom i spoke to back then about this saw it from a different perspective than i did. I can remember some saying things like; “what do you want to go and do in Ota? That place na bush now”. I just smiled, because i knew they weren’t seeing what i was seeing. Their own interpretation of my decision to buy a land in Ota was quite different from my own interpretation. For them Ota was finite.
The only place i could build. For me it was infinite, one of several other places i was going to be owning lands and building houses. This little difference in our perspectives is the result of Oga Landlord today. Because i chose a different perspective, i got a different result.
