Delete your Oga Landlord account

Managers can permanently delete their account from the website or Android app. You must sign in first so Oga Landlord can verify that you are deleting only your own account.

How to delete your account

On the website, sign in and open Account. In the Android app, sign in and open More. Choose Delete Oga Landlord account and enter the requested confirmation phrase.

Data that is deleted

Active records are deleted immediately: your sign-in account and, if present, your lodge workspace, tenants, tenancy history, and reminder history. This cannot be undone.

Infrastructure backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 days before they age out. Previously delivered reminder emails cannot be recalled from recipients, and providers may retain limited security or delivery logs under their policies or legal obligations. These retained copies are not available through a deleted Oga Landlord account.

Lodge deletion is different

Deleting a lodge removes only its workspace data and keeps your manager account. Use account deletion when you want both your account and its application data removed.
